<p>This course is designed to support the Continuous Professional Development (CPD) of educators, school leaders, childcare professionals, and all adults working with children and young people.</p>
<p><strong>Content<br /></strong><br />The course provides essential knowledge and practical strategies to help participants understand their safeguarding responsibilities, recognise signs of abuse or neglect, respond appropriately to concerns, and contribute to creating safe, supportive, and child-centred environments.<strong><br /></strong></p>

<p><strong>Learning Outcomes</strong></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400">By the end of this session, you will be knowledgeable about documentation which supports schools to be compliant in the UAE. You will have the ability to understand the protection and reporting mechanisms which keep children, families and school staff safe.</span></p>
<p><strong>Certification</strong></p>
<p>Upon completion, participants will automatically receive certification from Louise Dawson Professional and Management Development Training.  You will then be contacted if you would like the option of received a Knowledge and Human Development Authority (KHDA) Certificate of Attendance.</p>
