In continuation with previous weeks, you are invited to a 60-minute online support circle to create a calm and moderated space where people can reflect and share how they are feeling.

This is not a political discussion space.

It is simply a space for reflection, expression, and being heard.

Sometimes the most helpful thing in uncertain times is simply having a space where you can speak and be witnessed.

The session will include:
* Structured sharing
* Gentle grounding practices
* A contained and respectful environment

The group will be small to maintain emotional safety.

Participation requires completing a short screening form beforehand.

The session is free to attend.
