Dr. Carolyne Keenan – Psychologist

Dr Carolyne Keenan is a Registered Psychologist, UK-based counselling psychologist, media commentator and speaker specialising in adolescent mental health. She works with families navigating anxiety, school avoidance, low mood and emotional regulation difficulties, and is known for making complex psychological ideas feel clear, practical and manageable. Carolyne’s work centres on emotional regulation, attachment, resilience and the powerful role adults play in shaping a child’s nervous system and sense of safety.

Saskis Joss – Therapist

Saskia Joss is a BACP-registered therapist at the Mill Hill Therapy Hub, specialising in child anxiety. She is the author of “Help! My Child’s Anxiety is Giving Me Anxiety” which is designed to help parents manage their own anxiety and support children through any anxious-making events that may occur. Saskia also co-hosts the podcast “Help! My Child’s Anxious” with Vanessa Feltz.

Kate Steer – Autism & ADHD Coach

Kate Steer is an autism & ADHD family coach and education consultant. A former teacher with a degree in child psychology and education, she is also a parent to a neurodivergent child, bringing both professional expertise and genuine lived experience to her work. She is also the founder of Nurtured Neuro Kids where she works closely with families both pre and post diagnosis, helping parents understand their child’s needs, become curious about what’s underneath the behaviour and build practical strategies that support regulation at home. A large part of her work focuses on school, supporting families with school-based anxiety, advocating for reasonable adjustments and ensuring a child’s needs are properly understood and met.
