In Person Event – Therapy By Insights – EMDR Group Therapy For School Counsellors 14 April ’26

School counsellors across the UAE are carrying increasing emotional and psychological demands in their roles.

At Insights Psychology, we are committed to supporting you with practical tools, professional learning, and space to regulate and reset.

This April, we are offering two dedicated opportunities designed specifically for school counsellors.

This guided, supportive group designed to help you regulate your nervous system and process ongoing stress.

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) is an evidence-based approach that supports:

  • Processing distressing experiences
  • Reducing emotional overwhelm
  • Increasing capacity to support others

Session details:

  • 90-minute group session
  • No requirement to share personal details
  • Delivered by EMDR-trained Clinical Psychologists

This initiative will be led by Dr Dina Bedair, Clinical Director at Therapy by Insights and Director of Mental Health Services at Insights Psychology, and supported by additional EMDR-trained practitioners within the team.

Available sessions:

  • Monday 13th April | 8:00–9:30am (In person – Production City)
  • Tuesday 14th April | 9:00–10:30am (Online)
  • Tuesday 14th April | 2:00–3:30pm (In person – Production City)
  • Thursday 16th April | 3:00–4:30pm (Online)
💰 100 AED per person
👥 Limited to 10 participants per group
