Search Associates Careers Fair – Istanbul (Dubai), November 2026
Due to ongoing instability in the Middle East, we will host our Dubai Job Fair in Istanbul this year.
The fair is organised by Bill and Alison Turner, who themselves have experience as school Principals in 5 schools across the region covering IB, British and American curricula.
This fair is particularly useful for candidates seeking positions in the Middle East, Asia and Africa, though we always host schools from further afield too, including China.
Being in Istanbul for the first time, the fair is likely to attract a number of schools from the nearby region.
As it is an early fair in the season, this is a great chance to meet leadership candidates, as well as others who have committed early to seek new positions for the following year.

Istanbul International Community School (Marmara Campus)
When are candidate registrations open?
1 August 2026. Candidates wanting to attend should request an invitation from their senior Search Associate.
Who should attend?
Candidates (including senior leaders/administrators) and schools from anywhere in the world, and with any curriculum background.
