Alongside her school-based work\, Kate has also worked as a pre-school nanny and is a mother to 3 children of her own. \nKate leads the Schools arm of the Happy Confident Company\, working closely with schools\, MATs and school groups worldwide\, to maximise the impact of the programmes. \nLouise Treherne – Head of Families\nLouise has 12 years of teaching experience in the independent sector\, including 5 years as a senior deputy head at a London prep school. She is also a qualified coach working 1:1 with children\, teens and parents\, focusing on managing emotions\, building confidence and self-acceptance.
