Carolyne’s work centres on emotional regulation\, attachment\, resilience and the powerful role adults play in shaping a child’s nervous system and sense of safety. \nSaskis Joss – Therapist \nSaskia Joss is a BACP-registered therapist at the Mill Hill Therapy Hub\, specialising in child anxiety. She is the author of “Help! My Child’s Anxiety is Giving Me Anxiety” which is designed to help parents manage their own anxiety and support children through any anxious-making events that may occur. Saskia also co-hosts the podcast “Help! My Child’s Anxious” with Vanessa Feltz. \nKate Steer – Autism & ADHD Coach \nKate Steer is an autism & ADHD family coach and education consultant. A former teacher with a degree in child psychology and education\, she is also a parent to a neurodivergent child\, bringing both professional expertise and genuine lived experience to her work. She is also the founder of Nurtured Neuro Kids where she works closely with families both pre and post diagnosis\, helping parents understand their child’s needs\, become curious about what’s underneath the behaviour and build practical strategies that support regulation at home.
