Louise started her career in 1985 in the Corporate world. She spent twenty years leading organisations through the business world which included working in Oil, Gas, Recruitment and Shipping. In each of these positions she played an important role in leading and managing people. Skills that she took with her into the classroom and into adult training.
In 2012, when she joined GEMS Wellington International School, Louise began her journey of sharing her skills and knowledge in special needs with additional adults, teachers, leadership and parents.
