We are excited to announce three upcoming courses for schools, in partnership with Infinite Learning. Each course is four hours long, delivered over four weeks, and comes with a KHDA-recognised Certificate of Attendance.

Inclusion: Preparing for DSIB Inspection

This course is specifically designed for school staff who are leading and managing inclusion. It provides an in-depth look at the documentation provided by the KHDA to guide inclusion in schools. The course will help you understand Dubai’s journey toward inclusive education, audit your department, create a robust strategic action plan, and prepare a clearly evidenced self-evaluation.

Leading and Managing an Inclusion Department in the UAE - Part 1

This course is for school leaders, Heads of Inclusion, and aspiring SENCOs. Part 1 will provide a clear definition of inclusion, its history, and its implications for education in the UAE. We will cover the roles of different staff, how to develop your teams, and how to support parents. You will also learn about the different categories of students, including Students of Determination, Gifted and Talented, and those with English as an Additional Language (EAL).

Leading and Managing an Inclusion Department in the UAE - Part 2

This course is a continuation designed for school staff working with students with additional needs. It will focus on implementing systems for screening, pre-identifying, and supporting students. The course covers intervention strategies, creating effective Individual Education Plans (IEPs), and tracking progress.
