Inclusion Audit
We recently worked with Louise Dawson for an external Inclusion audit, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. Her approach was professional, thorough, and deeply supportive throughout the entire process. Louise recognised the strong practices already in place, while also providing clear, realistic recommendations that will have a genuine impact on the quality of provision for our students.
What stood out most was how she developed our thinking and confidence as leaders, ensuring that we could clearly articulate our inclusion systems and celebrate the hard work taking place across the school. Every piece of feedback was practical, constructive, and grounded in best practice. Louise’s expertise and mentoring have been invaluable, and we are incredibly grateful for her partnership.
Louise was very thorough in the 15mins I had with her. Friendly and informative, she really knew here stuff and was direct to the point.
Planning my next move as a SEN parent to Dubai is daunting but I am glad I got her as a contact to help me make the right decisions for my son.
I will book more time with her in the future for sure.
I’ve worked with Louise for more than five years and over that time I have learned and grown with her. She is a wealth of knowledge regarding all things Inclusion and Wellbeing.
She has huge depth of knowledge and personalized experience and her compassion and empathy are palpable in all she does. Louise is a pillar of support to the Dubai Community with the Inclusion Networks. She is forward thinking and progressive.
A leader that demonstrates contemporary international best practice and delivers information in an accessible and usable way. A true leader in Inclusion.
As someone who has dedicated so many years to supporting children with special needs, it’s clear to me that you have a heart of gold and a passion for making a difference in the lives of those around you.
Your hard work and dedication to this is truly inspiring, and I’m so grateful for your tireless efforts in making learning more accessible for children experiencing additional needs in the Middle East. Your impact on the lives of these children is immeasurable, and you should be proud of all that you have accomplished.
I want to take a moment to celebrate you and all that you stand for. You are a true hero in my eyes, and I’m so lucky to know you. Here’s to another year of making a difference and changing lives!
Louise’s support to inclusion practitioners across Dubai is amazing. It’s great to know that when you ever need help, support or guidance Louise is only ever a message away
