Insights Psychology is a specialist clinic dedicated to providing high-quality psychological and neurodevelopmental assessments. While our testing psychology department remains the largest area of our practice, we have continued to grow to meet the evolving needs of our community and the families we serve.
Over the past five years, we have built a multi-disciplinary team of highly qualified psychologists, counsellors, and developmental therapists. Together, we offer a comprehensive range of services, including assessments, individual therapy, group therapy, and training programs designed to support personal growth and wellbeing.
At Insights, we are especially passionate about supporting individuals with neurodevelopmental differences, including Autistic people and ADHDers. We advocate for neurodiversity-affirming approaches in all aspects of our work—assessment, therapy, and psychoeducation for the wider community.
