WORLD CLASS CHARACTER DEVELOPMENT
Aspire is a company dedicated to improving support available to students via Assistive Technology.
Aspire is an interactive student support platform that has been designed to bridge the gap between assistive technology and the 1-2-1 support a student receives. The platform offers support across several areas including: Mental Health and Wellbeing, Study Skills, Assistive Technology Training and Career Related Learning.
The Aspire platform offers support 24/7 on any device with a mobile app that provides regular ‘check-ins’ and mental health support to promote positive wellbeing.
Students are also able to add additional support to their Aspire account which allows teachers / mentors / parents to their platform which enables the supporters to create tasks for the student to assist with organisation and time management.

WHOLE SCHOOL PROGRAMMES FOR STUDENTS, PARENTS AND STAFF
What we do
We provide education, awareness and training on online and mobile topics to children and young people and those who work with then to promote safe, responsible and inspiring online communications.
Barry and Wayne have been increasing the level of awareness and education for students, parents, and teachers on the subjects of cybersafety, cyberbullying prevention, cybersecurity and online reputation in the UK, Ireland and the UAE since 2012.
Having both owned (Barry still does) and operated their own digital agencies, helping businesses use the internet more effectively, they identified a gap in the market as more and more of their clients, started asking questions from their role as mum and dad, rather than General Manager, or Marketing Director. Barry and Wayne take their deep technical understanding of the digital space and turn that into digestible, relatable content for their audience.
The speed at which the digital environment changes, makes it very hard for mum and dad specifically to keep up. Add into the mix that in some cases they just aren’t that interested in social media or online gaming and it’s easy to see why the gap we seek to reduce is actually getting bigger. We want to stem that growth and see about redressing the balance a little bit, with a view to a safer online experience for everyone.

‘UAE LAW AWARE’ COMPANY PROVIDING TRAINING FOR ADULTS WORKING IN VULNERABLE AND/OR DISTRESSED PEOPLE
Conflict management
Your team need to know how to identify and prevent conflict, but also how to manage it in the most professional way possible when it does inevitably happen, using Listening, Empathy, Dignity and Respect as key skills in de-escalation.
Breakaway
Your staff who sometimes work with people who carry a higher risk of physical assault need a robust but appropriate system of physical skills to disengage from simpler assaults and perhaps also to protect themselves from serious violence in high-stakes personal safety scenarios.
Restraint
Your teams already use words, behaviour and restraint-reduction plans to minimise the risk that physical holding or control and restraint skills will be needed either for clinical reasons or in response to spontaneous violence, however last-resort skills must be both compassionate and effective in reducing risk.
