About me
I am a qualified primary educator and KHDA-approved SENCO with over ten years of experience in education, including more than eight years supporting Students of Determination in the UAE. I have progressed from Inclusion Teacher to Head of Inclusion, developing strong expertise in personalised learning, IEP implementation, safeguarding and student wellbeing. As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, I contribute to whole-school strategic planning and lead the preparation of the inclusion department’s School Self-Evaluation Form (SEF). I have also successfully led the inclusion department through KHDA and NEASC inspections. I am passionate about helping children develop confidence, independence and a love of learning through patient, nurturing and structured support.
