Empowering international schools to plan, teach and track world-class student wellbeing with evidence-based confidence.
Student wellbeing is no longer just about delivering lessons. Schools are expected to demonstrate impact, respond to emerging needs and implement a structured, preventative approach across the whole school.
Wellio helps schools build, deliver and measure a high-quality whole-school wellbeing programme with confidence.
Designed by clinical psychologists and experienced educators, Wellio combines a comprehensive lesson library with integrated Insights tools in one platform. Schools create a tailored programme from a library of 650+ lessons spanning K–13, adapting content to reflect their ethos, faith context and community priorities.
Wellio moves schools beyond static resources, giving leaders clear visibility into what students need and whether their wellbeing strategy is truly working.
Wellio was founded in 2022 to solve a problem schools saw everywhere. Wellbeing was a top priority, but it was delivered with outdated content, inconsistent practice, and little supporting technology. While other subjects had great tools, wellbeing fell behind. Working closely with schools across Australia and the UK, we saw what was missing.
Teachers needed confidence, time, and support. Leaders needed visibility. When lessons were redesigned to be engaging and interactive, the impact on students was immediate. That insight shaped Wellio. We help schools deliver consistent, engaging wellbeing education, give teachers confidence, and provide leaders with clear insight, grounded in a simple belief: resilient kids learn better and thrive both academically and beyond school.
Looking ahead, our goal is to support 50,000 schools and 25 million students across 50 countries within the next decade, and make world-class wellbeing a reality for every school.

“It has been a pleasure to work with Wellio this academic year.
The platform has already had a meaningful impact on our school community, allowing our students to better understand the world they live in, appreciate the importance of empathy and compassion, and prioritise their wellbeing.
As well as the positive impact on students, Wellio also supports staff by ensuring consistency, continuity and progression across the PSHE programme, while saving valuable planning time — which also benefits staff wellbeing.”
Wellio Insights reveals strengths, needs, and skill gaps across cohorts. Short, evidence-informed surveys highlight priority areas so you know exactly where to focus next.
