This focused series of 10 webinars equips LSAs with practical tools to support oracy and writing across EYFS and Key Stages 1 & 2.
Each session builds essential skills—from oral language and sentence construction to genre awareness and targeted interventions.
Through this series of webinars LSAs will:
- Develop expertise in how to inspire creativity through talk and play
- Scaffold sentence-building, and apply techniques like oral rehearsal and vocabulary expansion
By the end of the series LSAs will feel confident to help pupils become expressive, accurate, and purposeful writers.

In this workshop we will:
Explore what Development Language Disorder is
Know the impacts DLD can have on children
Be able to use key indicators of DLD
Explore simple strategies to help children with DLD
