Al Noor Training Centre for Persons With Disabilties

Following a landmark approval issued by the UAE Ministry of Community Development, Al Noor Training Centre for Persons with Disabilities, Dubai’s legacy institution for people of determination and special needs, has grown into the capacity of being a public welfare association as of 2020 – Al Noor Rehabilitation & Welfare Association for People of Determination.

The new identity is intended to better serve the UAE’s people of determination community and assist people with disabilities, as it ushers in a new era of inclusivity for the organization, having recently completed its 40th anniversary in 2021.
