Team Teach are a leading international teacher training provider. Their Positive Behaviour Management training is used in over 6,000 settings across the UK, Australia, New Zealand, and Europe. Further to a hugely successful 5-day Trainer course held in Dubai in May 2022 they are continuing to offer positive behaviour management training to schools in the Middle East with two more Trainer courses scheduled for Dubai in September and November 2022.
Their unique training programmes also trains your teachers to become Team Teach trainers, to pass the training on to other members of staff within your school.
All their training is customised and tailored to your school, to help meet the needs or your students and staff.
Their approach to behaviour management equips your teachers with a new understanding of behaviour as a form of communication and equips teachers with a toolkit of skills and strategies to de-escalate behaviours that may challenge and create holistic cultures of positive behaviour to also reduce the incidents of disruption.
In some cases, Team Teach will also train you in the use of safe, risk assessed physical intervention techniques. The foundation of our training is 95% understanding and de-escalation, with only 5% focused on any physical intervention and only when risk is assessed as necessary as we believe through our training you can reduce or eliminate the need for any physical intervention.

There will be a select number of taster seats available for these events, please do let them know if that may be of interest to you and we can discuss this option.
They will also be offering direct delivery onsite Level One and Level Two courses (1 & 2 days respectively) for whole staff groups so pleased do get in touch if that training option would be more preferable to the Trainer option.
