Victoria’s career journey is marked by a unique blend of expertise in corporate and educational environments. Beginning as a management consultant in the high-paced corporate world of the 1990s, she honed her skills in strategy and innovation. She later transitioned to inclusive education, dedicating 25 years to working in international schools across the Middle East. This extensive experience gives her a deep understanding of diverse cultural perspectives and strengthens her ability to support clients globally. Victoria holds a master’s degree in psychology and business from The University of Edinburgh and is extensively trained in Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Motivational Interviewing. She is accredited by the International Coaching Federation in Child/Adolescent Development and Parent Coaching. Additionally, she is a licensed facilitator of Robyn Gobbel’s Raising Kids with Big Baffling Behaviours course, which addresses behaviour through the lens of relational neuroscience including Interpersonal Neurobiology and Polyvagal Theory. Drawing on her professional expertise, lived experience, and over 25 years of cultural immersion, Victoria provides personalised, neuroinclusive, and compassionate support. Her approach is grounded in fostering authenticity and connection, empowering individuals, families, and organisations to thrive.
