- This is the second of two Dubai Fairs in the 2025-26 academic year. It is organised by Bill and Alison Turner, who themselves have experience as school Principals in 5 schools across the region covering IB, British and American curricula.
- This fair is particularly useful for candidates seeking positions in the Middle East, Asia and Africa, though we always host schools from further afield too.
- This is a great chance to meet leadership candidates, as well as others who have committed early to seek new positions for the following year.
- Who should attend?
Candidates (including senior leaders/administrators) and schools from anywhere in the world, and with any curriculum background.

🆓 FREE 1-hour Q&A session for parents, caregivers & educators 🆓
Dr. Pippa Busch explores the neuroscience of co-regulation:
✅ Why children “borrow” our nervous systems
✅ How dysregulation spreads
✅ What to do in the moment when emotions run high.
When children feel overwhelmed, they don’t need better behaviour charts, they need regulated adults.
You’ll learn practical tools to reduce escalation and build long-term emotional resilience at home.
